Central Registration

Registration for all new students to the district takes place in the District Office located at 241 Wyngate Drive, No. Massapequa. To register for kindergarten, children must be five years of age on or before December 1, 2017 in order to register for the 2017-2018 school year.

Kindergarten Registration for the 2017-2018 school year will be January 30, January 31, February 1, February 2, and February 3, 2017 from 9am to 3pm and will be located in the High School Innovation Learning Center (ILC) located at 241 Wyngate Drive, No. Massapequa, NY 11758. No appointments are necessary during this week. Registration packets are available at www.plainedgeschools.org, all elementary schools, and the Plainedge Public Library.

At the time of registration, parents or legal guardians must present the child's birth certificate, proof of Plainedge School District residency and proof of immunizations.

Please note that if you are new to the district, you may also wish to register to vote in the annual school budget election, and to register as a new voter in the district for general elections.
