Thanks for visiting my website.  As many of you know, this is my second year teaching at West.    Last year I taught first grade which was a terrific experience.  I am now looking forward to becoming part of the fourth grade team.   

I graduated from Boston College with my bachelors in Elementary Education and Human Development with a concentration in working with children with special needs.  I could not stay away from school for long.  I then completed my masters in Special Education at Adelphi University.  

 I hope you find my site helpful as we progress through fourth grade.  This is a year full of growth.  You will see your child grow as a reader, writer, thinker and individual.  Each of your children is unique and has something positive to contribute to our classroom.  We celebrate each child's success in the classroom and I encourage you to do the same at home.
