Mrs. Martone

Hi! My name is Mrs. Martone and I have been teaching in the Plainedge School District for twelve years.  I began my career at Eastplain School and I have been at Schwarting for the past six years.   I received a bachelor’s in physical education from Hofstra University in 2000 and a master’s in health education from Hofstra University in 2003.

Since I was a young girl I have participated in sports such as swimming, volleyball, basketball, soccer and softball.  However, my true passion is for softball.  I was the varsity softball coach in this district for seven years. I really enjoyed my last year of coaching in which my girls' were both conference and league champions.
