We spent time learning about how to react in an emergency situation. We also learned how to safely put out a small cooking fire. The students had the opportunity to try on firefighting gear and they practiced climbing out of a window using a safety ladder. It was a great learning experience and the students are thankful that they can now help protect their friends and family.
