The New York Jets invited student-athletes from the newly formed Plainedge Girls Flag Football Team along with three other schools in the metropolitan area. Our team got the opportunity to work with the New York Jets to create their new uniforms.
They also participated in a question and answer session led by CBS sideline reporter, Tracy Wohlfson. After the informative session, the girls were led to the Jets Team Locker Room for the unveiling of their new uniforms! Plainedge was represented by Mr. Giovanelli along with senior Amanda Marinace and freshman Kate Franks.
