Audit Committee

The Board of Education established the Audit Committee by resolution at the April 27, 2006 Board Meeting. The mission of the Audit Committee is to ensure the District's fiscal accountability by providing independent assistance to the Board in the oversight of the external and internal audits. The Audit Committee is composed of eight members, including seven Board members and one outside individual who serves as Chairperson of the committee. The Audit Committee meets approximately four (4) times per year to review district financial reports with the internal and external auditors.
