Autumnal Fun at Plainedge!

A group of students dressed in Halloween costumes are smiling and posing for a photo.

Our students are enjoying the fall weather and activities!

Last week, our elementary students picked their own pumpkin in a pumpkin patch courtesy of our elementary PTAs. Our students enjoyed reading Halloween or autumn-themed stories, using pumpkins for experiments, and creating Halloween-inspired crafts.

Our students district-wide wore their Halloween costume or attire to school!

The Plainedge Federation of Teachers held a Safe Halloween Event at Plainedge High School that allowed our elementary students to trick-or-treat along the hallways. Sudents participated in photo-op stations, fun activities in classrooms, and our student councils handed out sweet treats to trick-or-treaters.
