We are pleased to announce our new partnership between Plainedge Public Schools and Northwell Health to enhance student social-emotional well–being and academic success
The Plainedge School District- Northwell Health partnership was developed in response to the increasing pressure and stress experienced by children and adolescents today.
In order to help our students navigate these stressors, the Plainedge School District established our partnership with Northwell Health to provide K-12 school-based mental health services and assist our Plainedge students and families in connecting to on-site services and resources at Northwell and beyond.
