Plainedge Fitness Center
Welcome to the Plainedge Fitness Center
We pride ourselves on offering a state-of-the-art facility, and we’re happy that our community members are able to reap the benefits of this facility. The new two-level athletic center is more than 12,000 square feet and includes a new weight training room, cardio training space, a yoga/dance/aerobic studio, wrestling/fitness room, and a fitness corridor for upper body strength training and virtual training.
Fitness Center Summer Hours:
- Monday – (5:00 PM-8:50 PM)
- Tuesday – (8:00 AM-11:50AM)
- Wednesday – (5:00 PM- 8:50 PM)
- Thursday – (5:00 PM-8:50 PM)
- Friday – (8:00 AM-11:50 AM)
- Saturday – (8:00 AM-11:50 AM)
- Sunday- (Closed)
Fitness Center Hours: Monday-Thursday (5:00 PM-8:50 PM )Saturday & Sunday (8 AM- 11:50 AM)
Eligibility to receive a membership to the Plainedge Fitness Center and gain access to the facility during Open Community Hours:
- Plainedge Resident
- Complete Plainedge Fitness Center Application and provide proof of residency via Glofox
- Members of the Community that are 18+ years of age
- Plainedge High School Student Grades 9-12 who have received direct instruction on the use of Fitness Center Equipment from Plainedge Instructional Staff as a component of their regular Physical Education Program in Plainedge.
